Terms

Terms of Service

Effective date: May 19, 2026.

These terms explain how Bitcraft Studios provides its website, client workspace, and digital services, and what we ask of the people and businesses who use them.

Overview

By accessing the Bitcraft Studios website, creating a client workspace account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the services for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Separate proposals, statements of work, subscriptions, invoices, or written agreements may apply to paid projects. If those documents conflict with these terms, the project document controls for that specific work.

Accounts and Access

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate contact, business, billing, and project information and to keep account details reasonably current.

Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Workspace use

Client workspace features are provided to help plan, organize, and discuss projects with Bitcraft Studios. We may update, limit, or remove features as the platform evolves.

Project Services and Payments

Bitcraft Studios offers custom websites, portals, dashboards, automations, and related digital services. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedules, and acceptance criteria are handled through written project terms, proposals, or invoices.

Unless a written project document says otherwise, fees are due according to the invoice or checkout terms presented at purchase. Late, failed, disputed, or reversed payments may delay delivery, suspend access, or require revised project scheduling.

Client Content and Materials

Your materials stay yours

You retain ownership of business information, copy, logos, images, data, files, and other materials you provide to us or add to your workspace.

Permission to use materials

You grant us permission to use provided materials as needed to plan, build, support, secure, and improve the services we provide to you.

Rights and accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that supplied materials are accurate and that you have the rights needed for us to use them in the project or workspace.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, workspace, or services. This includes attempting to bypass security, disrupt systems, scrape or reverse engineer protected areas, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, violate laws, impersonate others, or use the services to send spam, deceptive content, or harmful material.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect customers, infrastructure, legal obligations, or service integrity.

Intellectual Property

Bitcraft Studios retains ownership of its website, brand assets, internal tools, reusable code, templates, processes, documentation, designs, and preexisting intellectual property. We may reuse general know-how, techniques, and non-confidential building blocks across client work.

Rights to custom project deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement. If a project document does not specify ownership terms, Bitcraft Studios grants you a non-exclusive license to use delivered work for your internal business purposes after required fees have been paid.

Third-Party and AI Services

Some services may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, scheduling, email, AI assistance, or other operations. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the providers' own terms and policies.

AI-assisted features can help draft, summarize, or organize information, but outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on it for business, legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions.

Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the website, workspace, or services, you also agree to the practices described in that policy.

We may send account, project, security, billing, and service-related communications. You may also receive marketing messages when permitted by law and can opt out of promotional emails without affecting service messages.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the website, workspace, and services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, security events, or other issues may affect access or performance.

We may improve, modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time. When changes materially affect active paid work, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate clearly and coordinate the path forward.

Disclaimers and Liability

The website, workspace, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as expressly stated in a written project agreement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bitcraft Studios disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bitcraft Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims related to the services is limited to the amount you paid to Bitcraft Studios for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event.

Ending Access

You may stop using the website or workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or systems, fail to pay required fees, or use the services in a way that may cause legal or operational harm.

Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property terms, disclaimers, liability limits, and provisions needed to resolve disputes.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website, workspace, or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
